Pick 1stPage if
- You sell on Amazon and you want sales, SQP, AMC, inventory and listings in one place you can question from chat, Slack, Claude or ChatGPT.
- You want to see a price and start today. We publish $150 and $999 a month and you get 20 days free with no card.
Pick Pacvue if
- You buy ads on Walmart, Target, Instacart or TikTok Shop as well as Amazon and you want one login for all of it.
- You need Amazon DSP managed, or rules that pause spend when a product runs out of stock or loses the Buy Box.
- You're a vendor losing real money to shortages and chargebacks and you want dispute workflows running on them.
Who each one is built for
I read through Pacvue's site and it's pretty clear who they're talking to. Enterprise commerce media teams and big agencies, and they claim the five largest media agencies as users. Their about page says Pacvue and Helium 10's SMB solutions together cover businesses of all sizes, so I read Helium 10 as the piece for smaller sellers.
We start from a different person. You run an Amazon business or you run one for a client and you want to know why sales dropped on Tuesday without pulling six reports.
So how many retailers do you buy ads on? If it's one ask how much of Pacvue's scope your team would actually use. If it's five we can't replace it because 1stPage is Amazon only. No Walmart, no Shopify, no TikTok Shop.
Feature by feature
"With limits" means it's missing from some paid plans, costs extra, or only covers part of the job. "Not listed" means I couldn't find it on their public pages, which isn't the same as them not having it. The 1stPage column describes customer availability, not every feature in testing.

Where Pacvue is flat out ahead
Changing ads is the big one. Pacvue runs rules and AI bidding today and Pacvue Agent lines up bid and budget and status changes for a person to approve, with a log of what changed and why. Our ad tools are in limited testing and most customers only get the reporting, so if you need software moving bids this quarter you should buy something that ships it.
It's also ahead on a few things we don't match today.
- Amazon DSP. They manage campaigns and we have no DSP reporting at all.
- Incrementality modeling that goes past ROAS.
- 1P deductions. They audit shortages, chargebacks, price claims and co-op overbilling and then run the disputes, and we file nothing.
- Daily data feeds into Snowflake or BigQuery through their DaaS product. We have no self-serve warehouse connector, so you'd ask us to push to S3 or Snowflake or pull from our Platform API.
The AI side is closer than you'd think
We both have chat on your data, we both work in Slack and we both have MCP connectors. Pacvue's works with Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and VS Code and their page says it's for all customers. That same page says campaign management and write access are still in development, so don't buy it expecting Claude to change campaigns over MCP. The actions live in Pacvue Agent.
Ours connects to Claude and ChatGPT over OAuth so you aren't pasting keys around. Some of our tools can write things like schedules, and product costs on Claude, but ad changes aren't on the connector. You also get a Platform API on every plan and I couldn't find public API docs for Pacvue.
The Helium 10 question
People get confused here so I'll spell it out. Pacvue's own post says its parent Assembly took on the Pacvue name and Helium 10 now calls itself part of the Pacvue ecosystem. Pacvue's Market Insights runs on Helium 10's product database and that's where the competitor pricing and share movement come from.
We don't estimate anyone else's sales. We don't do product research either. We see what your authorization lets us see plus Amazon's own SQP totals and the organic rank pages we check, so if you're hunting for your next product go look at Helium 10.
What I couldn't confirm
I couldn't find published prices for Pacvue. It's a demo and an order form so I can't tell you what it costs and I won't repeat numbers off third party sites.
I also couldn't confirm a direct Seller Central connection, SQP, SSO or a SOC 2 report on their public pages. Their trust center talks about ISO 27000 alignment and keeps the details behind an access request. So ask. Not listed doesn't mean missing.
Same honesty on our side. We have no SOC 2 report today and our only SSO is Microsoft Entra ID, so if your security team needs more than that find out before you fall in love with either product.
